Are you ready for a change?

If you have been telling yourself you need to change, or a specific behavior is no longer serving you, you’re in the right place.

I enjoy working with clients who are ready to dig in and work on themselves. I can assist you in adjusting to the changes you prepared for (and didn’t), process grief, improve your self-esteem, help you show up differently in your relationships and work life. We will also explore the systems you’re in and how they impact you.

At the beginning therapy we’ll explore what your world looks like, problems or symptoms you’re experiencing (such as anxiety or depression) and set goals for what you want to work on.

I work to provide a safe space where you can unpack your experiences, thoughts, and feelings, while also providing new skills or information for you to use in-between sessions.

As your therapist I will assist you in navigating the challenges in your life, both internally and externally. Life is full of questions and decisions. I’m happy to be the person to provide a non-judgemental space to bounce ideas off of and explore the pros and cons. I can’t make the decision for you - but I can support you as you make it. I encourage you to take off the mask and be authentic, even if it's only for an hour. This is a space to practice skills, explore ideas, learn more about yourself.
